  • Detail

In 2016, China's consumption of polyurethane products may reach 10.67 million tons

China has become a major polyurethane producer and is the main force to promote the growth of the global polyurethane market in the future. Even during the climax of the world financial crisis in, when the world's major polyurethane production and marketing markets shrank significantly, China's polyurethane production and sales still increased significantly. In recent years, through independent research and development and technology introduction, the domestic polyurethane industry has continuously improved its technological innovation level, steadily accelerated the pace of industrial upgrading, actively expanded its production capacity in the field of raw materials, continuously expanded its industrial scale, and steadily improved its product quality; But at the same time, affected by the rapid expansion of production capacity, the pressure of overcapacity of some raw materials and products is increasing day by day. In addition, due to the influence of relevant policies, it is still difficult to understand how to distinguish the screw rod of the electronic tensile testing machine from the wall insulation field. In 2002, China's Polyurethane output was about 1.6 million tons. By 2005, the total output increased to 3million tons. In 2011, the total output of polyurethane reached 6.89 million tons. The average annual growth rate is about 12%, and it is expected that the next five years will continue to maintain a high growth trend, with an average annual growth rate of more than 9%. It is estimated that by 2016, the consumption of polyurethane products in China will reach 10.67 million tons and the output value will reach 320billion yuan

at present, the layout of China's polyurethane industry has basically formed the Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai as the center, the Yellow River Delta around the Bohai Sea with Yantai as the center, the Pearl River Delta with Guangzhou as the center, the northeast with Huludao as the center, the Northwest with Lanzhou as the center, the southwest with Chongqing as the center and the Haixi region with Quanzhou as the center. China is the third largest economy in the world and the second largest consumer market of polyurethane. First, China produces 95% of the world's refrigerated containers, 60% of shoes and 70% of toys, which have entered the fast lane of sound development; Secondly, the output of building materials, spandex, textiles, synthetic leather and automobiles in China ranks first in the world; At the same time, China's accelerated urbanization, increased investment in high-speed railways, and increased demand for environmentally friendly synthetic wood have brought huge market opportunities for polyurethane
